"As far as adding in that free time for me, because I would get really anxious about it, I just started really small. I started with a half day off- if I just do a half Saturday off everything's going to be fine. And from there I went to a full Saturday off and now I can't even imagine working a Saturday! I feel like when I started having these new experiences and doing things that I enjoyed, I saw my business being more successful. I was definitely more fueled, and didn't even realize I needed that!"
