Being a stylist for over a decade and business owner for almost 5 you can imagine I get so many messages around those two topics! With that being said, I decided to first deep-dive into all the questions you have about life behind the chair and life as a salon owner. I have worked in corporate salons as a commission stylist, been in my own suite and now own my salon where I have worked with both commission and booth rental models. SO lots of history! What I’ve learned most of all is that when we share our knowledge and experience it can raise us up as an entire community.
