Today I have the massive honor of interviewing a true GADIS, Diana Yusufov. Diana is a beauty entrepreneur whose mission is to make sure every person she meets feels like the ultimate goddess inside and out. She is a Permanent Makeup Specialist who has grown her business from the bottom up and isn't stopping anywhere soon. With growth, always comes adversity and fear but she has used her struggle with anxiety as a tool learning that in order to grow, we must get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
Her story is truly one to be admired and I love that I have gotten to watch her blossom into who she is today! I chose her for today’s episode not only because she’s a master in her industry, but her mindset is brilliant and heart is so so beautiful. I know this podcast will leave you feeling inspired to conquer your dreams and truly get the most out of life. So grab a notebook and let’s get limitless!!
We discuss so many wonderful resources in this episode, but one specifically mentioned by Diana is the book, The Secret. It's a powerful read on how to intentionally and effortlessly live a joyful life. We also discuss the great author and podcaster, Lewis Howes, who's work is encouraging to dream bigger, live better and to make an impact. A great place to start for some motivation. Today I have the opportunity to bring on a VERY special guest, my first ever employee, righthand woman, killer of anything I throw her way…Brit or as I like to call her “Britsters”! If there’s one person that has seen it all… it's her! In today's episode we are going to talk about the key points that got us to where we are today, how we have created such a successful work relationship while embracing our strengths and navigating the highs and lows of growing a business. So, grab a notebook and let’s get limitless!
"We are expanding and it was just again, so scary, can I do this? Can I afford this? How is this going to happen? And one of my mentors gave me a quote that says 'claim the victory, then go to war'... and isn't that true? You made that decision, don't question yourself. Don't look back!"
