Cancellation Policy

24-hour Cancellation policy:

Please be mindful of my minimum of 24 hour notice cancellation policy.

Abiding by this will allow me to accommodate another client on my waiting list. I, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and I will do my  best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc.  However, if last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ happen more than once, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled  service fee.

Late policy: 

I will always try my best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc.  However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of my ability to stay on time for future guests. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust the service or reschedule. Please, always call if you even think you might be late; I would rather know as early as possible so I can do my best to complete our full service.
