Bridal FAQ: 

Q: How soon should I book my stylist?

A: As soon as you know your wedding date! 

 

Q:How soon should I get my hair cut or colored before my wedding? 

A: For cuts I recommend about 6-8 weeks before your wedding with deep conditioning treatment, for color I recommend 1-2 weeks before wedding day.

 

Q: Why should I choose onsite rather than in salon for big day? 

A: Both are GREAT options but the benefit of onsite is that I come to you… which means one less thing to worry about

 

Cut and Color FAQ:

Q: How often should I get my hair cut? 

A: For Short Hair: 3-6 weeks, Medium- Long: 6-12 weeks 

 

Q:What is the difference between Ombre and Balayage? 

A: In an ombre, all of your ends are lightened, with a balayage you maintain dimension throughout the ends. 

 

Q:What are my options for covering gray?

A: If you are looking for full grey coverage, a permanent color is recommended, if you are wanting gray blending, we can use semi permanent color or a foil technique.

 

Q: What if I want to color my hair but I’m worried about the commitment? 

A: Thats where our consultation comes in to play! Do not fear, I will make sure your color is lifestyle appropriate. 

 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

Please be mindful of my minimum of 24 hour notice cancellation policy.

A: Abiding by this will allow me to accommodate another client on my waiting list. I, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and I will do my  best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc.  However, if last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ happen more than once, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled  service fee.

 

Q: What is your late policy?

A: I will always try my best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc.  However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of my ability to stay on time for future guests. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust the service or reschedule. Please, always call if you even think you might be late; I would rather know as early as possible so I can do my best to complete our full service.
